摘　　要：目的探讨改良式中药熏蒸沐足对自然分娩初产妇的应用效果。方法选择本院240名自然分娩初产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各120名。对照组初产妇接受常规产后指导,试验组初产妇在对照组的基础上接受中药熏蒸沐足,比较两组初产妇产后身痛、乳汁分泌、并发症发生情况。结果试验组的宫缩疼痛和会阴切口疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组乳汁分泌量为(22.35±2.19)ml,显著多于对照组的(15.82±1.87)ml(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论改良式中药熏蒸沐足对自然分娩初产妇的应用效果良好,可以促进产后乳汁分泌,抑制产后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of improved traditional Chinese medicine fumigation foot massage on primipara in natural childbirth.Methods 240 primipara in natural childbirth in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,120 in each group.The control group of primiparous women received routine postpartum guidance,while the experimental group of primiparous women received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and foot massage on the basis of the control group.The body pain,milk secretion,and complications of the two groups of primiparous women after childbirth were compared.Results The scores of uterine contraction pain and perineal incision pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The milk secretion in the experimental group was(22.35±2.19)ml,significantly higher than that in the control group(15.82±1.87)ml(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%,significantly lower than the 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved traditional Chinese medicine fumigation foot massage has a good effect on primipara in natural childbirth.It can promote postpartum milk secretion,inhibit postpartum pain,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
