温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取本院58例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组患者采用口服元胡止痛片治疗,试验组患者采用温针灸治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分及性激素水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组视觉模拟评分量表、中医痛经程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组孕酮水平低于对照组,雌激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经效果显著,能改善患者的疼痛症状,调节性激素水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type.Methods 58 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation stasis type in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral Yuanhu Zhitong tablet,and the patients in the test group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,pain score and sex hormone level of the two groups were compared.Methods The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,significantly higher than 79.31%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the visual simulation scale and traditional Chinese medicine dysmenorrhea degree score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the progesterone levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the estrogen levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type,which can improve the pain symptoms of patients and regulate the level of sex hormones.
