曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法选取本院妇科收治的40例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,根据随机摸黄绿球法分组,黄球为对照组,绿球为试验组,各20例。对照组给予曼月乐治疗,试验组给予曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、痛经症状消退时间及复发率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);试验组的月经异常及痛经症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组复发率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为20.00%,显著低于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病,治疗效果显著,能快速缓解患者的临床症状,不良反应发生率及复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Mirena combined with leuprorelin acetate in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods Forty patients with adenomyosis admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of touching yellow and green spheres.The yellow sphere was the control group,and the green sphere was the test group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mannitol,while the experimental group was treated with mannitol combined with leuprorelin acetate.The treatment efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,time for dysmenorrhea symptoms to subside,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,significantly higher than the 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The time for menstrual abnormalities and dysmenorrhea symptoms to subside in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 5.00%,significantly lower than the 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 20.00%,significantly lower than the 50.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirena combined with leuprorelin acetate is effective in the treatment of adenomyosis.It can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,with low incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
