温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取80例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组采用温经汤治疗,比较两组中医症候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组小腹冷痛、得热痛减、按之痛甚、经量少评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。结论温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,可显著缓解疼痛,改善月经周期、经量异常等症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenjing decoction in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods 80 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups according to computer grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Wenjing decoction.Compare the TCM symptom scores and clinical eficacy between two groups.Results After treatment,the experimental group showed significantly lower scores for lower abdominal pain,decreased fever,severe pain,and decreased menstrual flow compared to the control group(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction can significantly relieve pain,improve menstrual cycle,abnormal menstruation and other symptoms,improve the treatment effect,and is worth popularizing.
