小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取西安高新医院普通外科2019年10月—2021年12月收治的乳腺增生患者260例,根据治疗方法分为对照组130例和观察组130例。2组均采用物理治疗,在此基础上,对照组增加心理/生活方式干预,观察组增加小金胶囊治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(72.31%vs.60.00%,χ^(2)=4.397,P=0.036)。治疗3个疗程后,2组VAS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(7.69%vs.3.08%,χ^(2)=2.718,P=0.099)。结论小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效确切,能更有效地改善患者的疼痛症状,且用药安全性较高。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin capsules on treating patients with mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods A total of 260 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia admitted in Department of General Surgery of Xi′an Gaoxin Hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into the control group with 130 cases and the observation group with 130 cases according to treatment methods.On the basis of the physiotherapy,the control group was given the psychological/lifestyle intervention,and the observation group was treated with Xiaojin capsules,both groups were treated for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,VAS score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(72.31%vs.60.00%,χ^(2)=4.397,P=0.036).After 3 cycles of treatment,VAS score of the two group was lower than that before treatment,and VAS score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 7.69%and that in the control group was 3.08%,which showed no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.718,P=0.099).Conclusion Xiaojin capsules has a satisfactory curative effect on treating mammary gland hyperplasia,which can more effectively relieve pain symptoms,and with higher medication safety.
