摘  要:氢燃料电池具有能量密度高和无排放的优势,以氢燃料电池为主的复合动力系统在多个领域得到了长足发展。传统氢燃料电池复合动力系统未充分考虑工况特性,在效率转换和分配上具有波动性,因此基于工况响应研究氢燃料电池复合动力系统效率优化控制方法。以氢燃料电池的运行状态为基础,确定氢燃料电池复合动力系统实际功率需求。根据各部件的工作特性和参数,构建复合动力系统模型,以功率-效率模式划分控制区间。将电池安全性能作为响应目标,基于工况响应理论控制复合动力系统效率,实现方法设计。实验以不同类型的氢燃料电池复合动力系统为测试对象,所研究方法的应用能将转换效率基本控制在95%以上,保证系统在各个时间段内均可以稳定运行,该方法具有应用价值。Hydrogen fuel cells have the advantages of high energy density and no emissions.The composite power system based on hydrogen fuel cell has been developed in many fields.The traditional composite power system of hydrogen fuel cell does not fully consider the characteristics of the operating condition,and has a fluctuation in efficiency conversion and distribution.Therefore,the efficiency optimization control method of composite power system of hydrogen fuel cell was studied based on the operating condition response.Based on the running state of hydrogen fuel cell,the actual power requirements of the composite power system of hydrogen fuel cell were determined.According to the working characteristics and parameters of each component,a composite power system model was constructed,and the control interval was divided by power-efficiency mode.Taking the safety performance of cell as the response objective,the method design was realized based on the theory of operating condition response to control the efficiency of the composite power system.The experiment took different types of composite power system of hydrogen fuel cell as the test object.The application of the research method can control most of the efficiency conversion above 95%,and ensure the stable operation of the system in various time periods.The method is of application value.
