造纸废渣循环流化床燃烧及污染物排放特性研究

摘  要:再生造纸过程中产生大量造纸废渣,循环流化床燃烧是处理造纸废渣的有效途径之一。对以造纸废渣为主要燃料的90 t/h高温高压循环流化床固废焚烧炉的燃烧特性及污染物排放特性进行了试验研究,获得了焚烧炉中的温度、压力、颗粒质量浓度分布特征以及烟气中污染物排放特性。试验结果表明:沿焚烧炉炉膛高度方向的温度分布表现为下部温度低、上部温度高的分布特征;造纸废渣给料口背压为零压或微负压有利于稳定给料;试验工况下焚烧炉的NOx原始排放质量浓度为146 mg/m^(3)(@11%O_(2))。上述研究结果可以为造纸废渣焚烧炉的设计和优化提供参考。A large amount of papermaking waste residue is produced in the process of regenerated paper making.Circulating fluidized bed combustion is one of the effective ways to treat papermaking waste residue.The combustion and pollutant emission characteristics of a 90 t/h high temperature and high pressure solid waste circulating fluidized bed incinerator using papermaking waste residue as the main fuel were studied.The characteristics of temperature,pressure,particle mass concentration distribution and pollutant emission in flue gas were obtained.The test results showed that the temperature distribution along the height of the incinerator furnace was characterized by low temperature at the lower part and high temperature at the upper part.Maintaining a back pressure of zero or slightly negative pressure at the feeding port of papermaking waste residue was beneficial for stable feeding.The original NOx emission mass concentration of the incinerator was 146 mg/m^(3)(@11%O_(2)).The above test results can provide reference for the design and optimization of papermaking waste residue incinerators.
