摘 要:为了解决布尔台煤矿12上301综放工作面过厚矸石顶板的问题,对301辅运顺槽实施深孔预裂爆破方案,对目标55 m区域1.4~2.1 m厚的矸石进行爆破施工。根据矸石的厚度,将装药段长度分别设置为10 m,12 m,6 m。工程应用中,支架阻力处于正常稳定范围,放顶煤过程中矸石顺利放出,证明了预裂爆破方案的可行性。In order to solve the problem in crossing thick dirt band roof in No.12 up 301 fully-mechanized top coal caving face of Buertai Coal Mine,the 301 auxiliary transportation chute was used for deep hole presplitting blasting,and the gangue with thickness of 1.4-2.1 m in the target 55 m area was blasted.According to the thickness of the gangue,the length of the charging section was set to 10 m,12 m,and 6 m.In the engineering application,the support resistance was in the normal and stable range,and the gangue was discharged smoothly during the caving process,which proved the feasibility of presplitting blasting scheme.
