摘  要:为了有效解决红阳三矿1302工作面回采期间的瓦斯治理难题,提出了地面L形多分支瓦斯抽采井瓦斯治理技术。通过井身结构设计、钻井井眼轨迹控制、优化钻具组合、玻璃钢筛管完井工艺,保证了地面L形多分支瓦斯抽采井钻井工艺的正常实施。通过现场实际应用,工作面推至60~70 m时,抽采混合量达到5.72 m^(3)/min,瓦斯抽采体积分数达到83%,达到了瓦斯治理效果。In order to effectively solve the problem of gas control during the mining period of 1302 working face in Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine,a surface L-shaped multi-branch gas extraction well gas control technology was proposed.The normal implementation of the surface L-shaped multi-branch gas extraction well drilling process was ensured through wellbore structure design,wellbore trajectory control,optimization of drilling tool assembly and fiberglass screen pipe completion technology.Through practical application on site,when the working face was pushed to 60-70 m,the mixed extraction volume reached 5.72 m^(3)/min,and the volume fraction of extracted gas reached 83%,achieving the effect of gas control.
