新时代高校基层党组织政治功能发挥困境及强化路径

摘　　要：党的二十大召开,新时代中国特色社会主义再次迈入新阶段、新征程,同时也面临更多新情况、新问题。新时代高校基层党组织明确自身政治功能定位,强化基层党组织政治功能发挥,对适应基层党建新要求,加强全国基层党建工作具有重要意义。当前高校基层党组织仍面临引领力不强、组织力不振、服务意识淡化的现实困境,高校各级党组织应主动作为,从确保办学正确政治方向、创新开展党组织建设和党员服务群众作表率几个方面提升高校基层党组织政治领导力、组织战斗力和社会号召力,切实增强高校基层党组织政治功能。The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China marked a new stage and a new journey for socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,the new stage also brings forth complicated situations and emerging issues.In the new era,it is significant for grassroots party organizations in higher education institutions to serve their political roles,exercise political functions,and adapt to the new requirements for the nationwide building of grassroots party organizations.Currently,grassroots party organizations in higher education institutions still face challenges such as an unconcentrated guiding force,weakened organizational capabilities,and a diminished sense of service.In response,party organizations at all levels in universities should take the initiative to ensure the correct political direction in education,innovate the construction of party organizations,and serve as role models in delivering services to the public.By doing so,they can enhance the political leadership,organizational effectiveness,and societal appeal of grassroots party organizations in higher education institutions,effectively strengthening their political functions.
