摘  要:为提高给排水管道防渗漏施工效果,本文以河南省郑州市市政给排水顶管施工工程为例,基于顶管施工技术进行市政工程给排水管道防渗漏施工研究。结合工程概况,提出防渗漏施工技术要点及控制措施;通过管材控制、配套材料控制、施工图纸审核分析、施工组织控制完成施工准备控制;通过施工突发情况控制、创新性的顶管施工防渗流优化工艺、作业调试检查、顶管管桥连接防渗漏控制实现施工防渗漏现场控制,经过施工后防渗漏控制,完成给排水管道防渗漏施工。对比测试结果表明,本文提出的给排水管道防渗漏施工技术在管道压力增加时,水流量达到146 m3/min,证明按照本文设计方法施工后,管道的输送效率较高,所能承受压力较大,渗漏预防效果较好。In order to improve the anti-seepage construction effect of water supply and drainage pipelines,this paper takes a municipal water supply and drainage pipe jacking construction project in Zhengzhou,Henan Province as an example,and conducts research on the anti-seepage construction of municipal water supply and drainage pipes based on the pipe jacking construction technology.Combined with the general situation of the project,the technical points and control measures of anti-seepage construction are put forward,and the construction preparation control is completed through pipe material control,supporting material control,construction drawing review and analysis,and construction organization control,and through construction emergency control,innovative pipe jacking construction prevention seepage optimization process,operation debugging inspection,pipe jacking pipe bridge connection anti-seepage control to achieve construction anti-seepage on-site control,after construction anti-seepage control,complete the water supply and drainage pipeline anti-seepage construction.The comparative test results show that when the pipeline pressure increases,the water flow rate of the water supply and drainage pipeline anti-seepage construction technology proposed in this paper reaches 146 m3/min,which proves after the construction according to the design method,the transmission efficiency of the pipeline is high,the pressure it can bear is large,and the seepage prevention effect is good.
