摘  要:以车用齿轮盘为研究对象,为了满足批量化生产需求,同时达到稳定、高质量、高效、低成本的生产目标,设计了一种多工位闭式精锻生产工艺方案。采用塑性成形软件Deform-3D对齿轮盘各阶段的成形过程进行了数值模拟,根据材料的填充规律发现了充不满、毛刺、折叠等缺陷,并说明了产生缺陷的原因;对镦粗件及预锻件的形状进行了改进,优化了成形过程,改变了金属的流动特点,消除了成形缺陷;对锻模结构方案进行了设计并进行了简单说明,通过锻造生产线进行了试模及工艺检验,完成了少量齿轮盘的试制。结果表明:有限元分析能为实际生产提供较好的理论指导,获得的齿轮盘充填饱满,无毛刺、裂纹等缺陷,尺寸精度高,改进后的工艺达到了预期效果。For the vehicle gear disc,in order to meet the requirements of mass production and achieve the production goals of stability,high quality,high efficiency and low cost,a process scheme of multi-station closed precision forging production was designed.Then,the forming process of gear disc in each stage was simulated by the plastic forming software Deform-3D,and according to the filling rules of material,the defects such as insufficient filling,burrs and folding were found,the causes of the defects were explained.Furthermore,the shapes of upsetting part and pre-forging part were improved,the forming process was optimized,the flow characteristics of metal were changed,and the forming defects were eliminated.Finally,the forging die structure was designed and briefly explained,and the die test and process inspection were carried out through the forging production line to complete the trial production of a small number of gear discs.The results show that the finite element analysis can provide better theoretical guidance for the actual production.The obtained gear disc is fully filled,free of burrs,cracks and other defects,and has high dimensional accuracy.The improved process has achieved the expected effect.
