摘 要:转向螺杆为典型的杯杆零件,结构形状复杂,杆部尺寸和表面质量要求较高,成形难度大。通过对转向螺杆结构和形状的特点进行分析,结合冷、温成形特点,提出了转向螺杆冷温复合成形工艺方案。该工艺充分利用了冷成形尺寸精度高、表面质量好和温成形变形抗力小的优势,在较低的成形载荷下精确成形了转向螺杆。利用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D对转向螺杆冷温复合成形工艺过程中的3道工序进行了数值模拟分析,分析了成形过程中的金属流动规律和应力分布状况,预测了成形载荷。对成形工艺进行了工艺试验,得到的转向螺杆充填饱满,尺寸和表面质量满足设计要求,无成形缺陷。结果表明该工艺具有可行性。The steering screw is a typical cup rod part with complicated structure and shape,high requirements on rod size and surface quality and big forming difficulty.Therefore,the cold and warm composite forming process scheme of steering screw was put forward by analyzing the structure and shape characteristics of steering screw and combining with the features of cold and warm forming,and the steering screw was accurately formed under low forming load by making full use of the advantages of high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality of cold forming,and small deformation resistance of warm forming.Then,three procedures in the cold and warm composite forming process of steering screw were numerically simulated by finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D,the flow laws of metal and stress distribution in the forming process were analyzed,and the forming load was predicted.Furthermore,the process test was carried out on the forming process,the obtained steering screw was fully filled,its size and surface quality met the design requirements,and there was no forming defects.The results show that the forming process is feasible.
