摘  要:为解决传统单线圈加载单管件电磁翻边角度不足和电磁翻边能量利用率低的问题,提出一种采用单线圈同时加载双管件电磁翻边的方法。通过Comsol模拟仿真软件建立电磁翻边的二维轴对称模型,从管件电磁翻边的基本原理出发,对比分析了线圈高度对管件电磁翻边成形效果的影响。仿真结果显示,在线圈高度为27.4 mm时,两管件的翻边角度均达到了90°。此外,通过与传统单管件电磁翻边进行对比,由于双管件电磁翻边能提供更大且持久的轴向电磁力,使得翻边效果显著提高,且能量消耗仅为单管件电磁翻边时的43.83%。显然,双管件电磁翻边方法能够改善管件翻边效果和提高能量利用率,为电磁翻边技术的进一步发展提供了一种有效可行的方法。In order to solve the problem of insufficient electromagnetic flanging angle and low energy utilization rate of electromagnetic flanging for single-tube loaded by traditional single coil,a method of simultaneously loading double-tube electromagnetic flanging with single coil was proposed.Then,the two-dimensional axisymmetric model of electromagnetic flanging was established by simulation software Comsol,and based on the basic principle of tube electromagnetic flanging,the influence of coil height on the forming effect of tube electromagnetic flanging was comparatively analyzed.The simulation results show that when the coil height is 27.4 mm,the flanging angles of the two tubes reach 90°.In addition,compared with the traditional single-tube electromagnetic flanging,because the double-tube electromagnetic flanging can provide a larger and lasting axial electromagnetic force,the flanging effect is significantly improved,and the energy consumption is only 43.83%of that for the single-tube electromagnetic flanging.Obviously,the double-tube electromagnetic flanging method can improve the tube flanging effect and energy utilization rate,which provides an effective and feasible method for the further development of electromagnetic flanging technology.
