摘  要:下死点精度是高速压力机重要的性能指标。基于Reynolds流体动力润滑理论建立含间隙润滑模型的压力机传动模型,选取压力机冲压转速、滑块质量、连杆滑块转动副间隙、曲柄连杆转动副间隙和滑块导轨移动副间隙作为下死点精度的影响因素,进行5因素3水平正交数值模拟实验,通过极差分析得出各因素对于下死点精度作用的显著性,为综合评价建立的比较矩阵提供参考。基于层次分析法提出一种下死点精度的综合评价体系,该体系以下死点平均值、下死点均方差和下死点最大波动值作为下死点精度的评价指标,通过计算总权重向量将下死点精度呈现为评分的形式,以达到量化比较各组下死点精度优劣程度的目的,对于下死点精度的综合评价具有一定的参考价值。Bottom dead center accuracy is an important performance index of high-speed press.Therefore,based on Reynolds hydrodynamic lubrication theory,the press transmission model with clearance lubrication model was established,and taking punching rotate speed of press,slider mass,clearance of rotating pair for connecting rod and slider,clearance of rotating pair for crank and connecting rod and clearance of moving pair for slider guide rail as influencing factors for the bottom dead center accuracy,the orthogonal numerical simulation experiment with five factors and three levels was carried out.Then,the significance of each factor on the bottom dead center accuracy was obtained by the range analysis,which provided a reference for the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation comparison matrix.And a comprehensive evaluation system for the bottom dead center accuracy was proposed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Furthermore,the average value,mean square error and maximum fluctuation value of the bottom dead center for the system were used as the evaluation indicators of the bottom dead center accuracy,and the bottom dead center accuracy was presented in the form of scoring by calculating the total weight vector to achieve the purpose of quantitatively comparing the bottom dead center accuracy in each group,which has certain reference value for the comprehensive evaluation of the bottom dead center accuracy.
