摘 要:通过电子背散射衍射试验、X射线衍射试验、单向拉伸试验及折弯试验等方法研究了不同退火温度对C5210合金带材组织、织构、残余应力、力学性能和折弯性能的影响。结果表明:以Brass织构为主的C5210合金带材,其Brass织构沿RD方向的Schmid因子值要明显高于TD方向,且冷轧及退火态试样沿RD方向的残余应力值均低于TD方向,带材沿RD方向的折弯性能优于TD方向;经过退火处理后,C5210合金带材的织构组分变化不大,但退火处理后带材的位错密度减小,伸长率随着退火温度的升高逐渐提高,且带材在RD及TD方向的残余应力值随着退火温度的升高逐渐降低,低温退火提高了C5210合金带材的折弯性能。The influences of different annealing temperatures on the microstructure,texture,residual stress,mechanical properties and bending performance of C5210 alloy strip were studied by electron backscatter diffraction test,X-ray diffraction test,unidirectional tensile test and bending test.The results show that for C5210 alloy strip dominated by Brass texture,the Schmid factor value of the Brass texture along the RD direction is significantly higher than that of the TD direction,the residual stress values of the cold-rolled and annealed specimens along the RD direction are lower than that of the TD direction,and the bending performance of the strip along the RD direction is better than that of the TD direction.After annealing treatment,the texture components of the C5210 alloy strip do not change much,but the dislocation density of the strip decreases,the elongation gradually increases with the increasing of annealing temperature,and the residual stress values of the strip along the RD and TD directions gradually decrease with the increasing of annealing temperature.Low-temperature annealing improves the bending performance of C5210 alloy strip.
