水质总氮测定方法的适用性评价及关键影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过对现行有效水质中总氮的分析方法逐个研判,分析其优缺点和适用性,提出不同特点水样适用的方法。结合碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定总氮的方法特点和实验数据,提出分析过程中的影响因素。This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the existing methods for the analysis of total nitrogen in water quality,and put forward the suitable methods for water samples with different characteristics.Combined with the characteristics and the experimental data for the determination of total nitrogen by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometric method,the influencing factors in the analysis process were put forward.
