摘  要:利用新疆9所高校样本数据,考察人力资本和社会资本对新疆少数民族大学生就业的影响。研究发现,在影响少数民族大学生就业的综合因素中,人力资本对就业影响显著,男生和农村户籍大学生受人力资本和社会资本因素影响更大。为保障少数民族大学生顺利就业,少数民族大学生自身应提升人力资本存量,优化社会资本结构;高校应完善就业指导体系,提供个性化指导;政府应营造良性就业生态环境,杜绝就业歧视现象。Samples from 9 universities in Xinjiang has been used to examine the impact of human capital and social capital on the employment of ethnic group college students in Xinjiang.It has been found that among the comprehensive factors that affect the employment of ethnic group college students,human capital has a significant impact on employment.Male and rural registered residence college students are most significantly affected by human capital and social capital factors.To ensure the smooth employment of ethnic group college students,they should enhance their own human capital stock and optimize the social capital structure;Universities should improve their employment guidance system and provide personalized guidance;The government should create a benign employment ecological environment and put an end to employment discrimination.
