区块链对推动“重建个人所有制”的作用探析

摘　　要：马克思在《资本论》时期提出:要“在协作和对土地及靠劳动本身生产的生产资料的共同占有的基础上,重新建立个人所有制”。其实现的第一个条件是协作,应有之义是人的主体能动性的回归。当代,区块链技术颠覆了人类以往的协作模式,实现了去中心化、实现了协作的信任前提、提升了效率,成为经济社会发展中必不可少的技术性底层架构。它提升了主体的能动性,在改变私有财产的过程中逐步改善了人的异化,激发主体实现自我价值,追求公平。作为社会主义国家,我国一直在朝着“重建个人所有制”的方向努力,尤其是改革开放以来,我国经济的发展有一以贯之的理论逻辑,即在推进协作的基础上不断激发主体的能动性。新时代下应用区块链推动“重建个人所有制”具有重要的实践价值:在推动生产力发展方面,提升协作与主体能动性;在安全方面,保障国家经济、军事和社会安全与发展;在社会治理方面,促进政府职能的转变,推动发展全过程人民民主。In the period of Capital,Marx proposed"the re-establishment of individual property on the basis of cooperation and common ownership of the land and of the means of production produced by Labour itself."The first condition for its realization is cooperation,which should be the return of the subject's initiative of people.At present,blockchain technology has subverted the previous cooperation mode of mankind,realized decentralization,realized the trust premise of collaboration,and improved efficiency,and has become an essential technical underlying architecture in economic and social development.It enhances the initiative of the subject,gradually improves the alienation of people in the process of changing private property,stimulates the subject to realize self-value and pursue fairness.As a socialist country,China has been working towards the direction of"rebuilding individual ownership",especially since the reform and opening up,the development of our economy has a consistent theoretical logic,that is,constantly stimulate the initiative of the subject on the basis of promoting cooperation.In the new era,the application of blockchain to promote the"reconstruction of individual ownership"has important practical value:in promoting the development of productivity,enhance cooperation and subjective activism";In the area of security,ensuring the economic,military and social security and development of the country;In terms of social governance,we will promote the transformation of government functions and promote people's democracy throughout the development process.
