摘 要:作为社会公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,博物馆肩负着国家、民族发展和社会文明进步的重任,既可以开展各类活动和展览,也是爱国主义教育的重要载体。所以,博物馆应以此为突破口,弥补公共服务供给不足的短板,不断提升展览教育水平和管理服务意识,才能在文旅融合的大势中蓬勃发展。文章首先阐述了博物馆公共文化服务的意涵、进而以三星堆博物馆为例,探讨了文旅融合背景下博物馆的机遇与挑战,分析了其公共服务存在的问题,并从加强旅游基础设施建设、挖掘特色文创产品和拓展博物馆教育服务三方面归纳了其公共服务提升对策。As an important part of the social public cultural service system,museums undertake the important responsibilities of national and ethnic development and social civilization progress.Various activities and exhibitions are held in museums,which is also an important carrier of patriotic education.Therefore,museums should take this as a breakthrough point to make up for the shortage of public service supply and continuously improve the level of exhibition education and management service awareness so as to thrive in the trend of culture and tourism integration.The article first expounds the meaning of public cultural service of museums,and then takes Sanxingdui Museum as an example to discuss the opportunities and challenges of museums under the background of culture and tourism integration,analyze the problems existing in their public service and summarize the countermeasures for public service improvement from three aspects:strengthening the construction of tourism infrastructure,developing characteristic cultural and creative products and expanding museum education service.
