摘  要:己内酰胺生产过程属于典型的化工反应过程,产生的废水成分复杂、水质波动较大、COD_(Cr)与NH_(3)-N浓度高、毒性大、可生化性差,处理难度极大。对此,处理污水以提升废水可生化性为主要突破口,在不同阶段分别采用酸解还原、水解酸化及臭氧氧化等工艺,可有效改善废水可生化性。某化工厂采用“厌氧”+“多级A/O”组合的主体工艺综合处理废水,去除COD_(Cr),NH_(3)-N和TP等效果较好。系统运行2年多出水水质稳定,完全满足相关标准要求。Caprolactam production is a typical chemical reaction process,and its wastewater has complex components,obvious fluctuations in water quality,high content of COD_(Cr) and NH_(3)-N,strong toxicity,poor biochemistry,which is extremely difficult to treat.The main breakthrough of the wastewater treatment process is to improve the biodegradability of wastewater.Acid hydrolysis reduction,hydrolysis acidification,and ozone oxidation processes are used at different stages to effectively improve the biodegradability of the wastewater;The main process of"anaerobic"+"multi-stage A/O"combination is adopted for comprehensive treatment of the wastewater,which has good treatment effects on COD_(Cr),NH_(3)-N,and TP.The effluent quality of the system has been stable since its operation for over two years,fully meeting the requirements of relevant standards.
