摘 要:针对松辽盆地北部X区块水平井机械钻速慢、施工周期长、成本高等问题,结合地质特点和施工难点,确定了X区块水平井钻井提速技术的研究方向,通过优化井身结构、优选各开次PDC钻头、研选配套提速工具和优化钻井液性能等技术手段,形成了松辽盆地北部X区块水平井钻井综合提速技术。该技术在松辽盆地北部X区块施工19口水平井,平均机械钻速提高58.9%,平均钻进周期节省32.05 d,累计节约钻井成本9000余万元。通过新建钻井液回收处理站,回收利用了约1900 m3废弃钻井液,取得了良好的环保效果。In view of the problems of slow mechanical drilling speed,long construction period,and high cost of horizontal wells in Block X in the northern of Songliao Basin,combined with geological characteristics and construction difficulties,the research direction of horizontal well speed-up technology in Block X has been determined.By optimizing the wellbore structure,selecting PDC drilling heads for each opening,researching and selecting matching speed-up tools,optimizing drilling fluid performance and other technical methods,the comprehensive drilling well speed-up technology for horizontal wells in Block X in the northern of Songliao Basin has been formed.The technology has been applied to 19 horizontal wells in Block X in the northern of Songliao Basin,resulting in 58.9%increase in average mechanical drilling rate.The average drilling cycle is saved by 32.05 d,and the total drilling cost is saved by more than 90 million yuan.About 1900 m3 of waste drilling fluid has been recycled and utilized through the construction of new drilling fluid recycling station,achieving better environmental protection effects.
