摘 要:随着三次采油技术的工业化推广,水驱、聚驱、三元复合驱多种开发方式并存,埋地金属管道内腐蚀现象频发,为有效解决环境敏感区非开挖管道维修更换问题,引进了复合软管内衬穿插修复技术。通过对软管内衬材质性能评价、管道修复缩径后水力计算,确定涤纶纤维增强TPU复合软管可根据原低压金属管道运行工况设计,修复后管径可满足生产实际需求,并通过现场掺水管道应用试验评价,进一步明确了涤纶纤维增强TPU复合软管可适用于管径大于60 mm的油田集气输油、污水等低压系统金属管道修复。内穿插修复工艺与传统管道修复技术相比,时效可提高50%,节省更换成本10%~25%,节约掺水泵电能消耗约10%,具有较好的经济效益与社会效益,该技术可在油田进行推广应用。With the industrialization and promotion of three extraction oil recovery technology and the coexistence of multiple development methods of water flooding,polymer flooding and ASP flooding,the corrosion phenomenon in buried metal pipelines occurs frequently.In order to effectively solve the maintenance and replacement of non-excavated pipelines in environmentally sensitive areas,the composite hose liner interpenetration repair technology is introduced.Through the performance evaluation of the hose lining material and the hydraulic calculation after the pipe repair and reduction,it is determined that the polyester fiber reinforced TPU composite hose can be designed according to the operating conditions of the original low pressure metal pipeline,and the pipe diameter after the repair can be met the actual production needs.Through the application test and evaluation of the water mixing pipeline on site,it is further clarified that the polyester fiber reinforced TPU composite hose can be used for oil and gas gathering and transportation in oilfields with a pipe diameter greater than 60mm.Compared with the traditional pipeline repair technology,the time efficiency be increased by 50%,saving replacement cost by 10%~25%.Even more to the point,the electric energy consumption of water mixing pump is saved by about 10%,which has good economic and social benefits.This technology can be popularized and applied in oilfield.
