摘  要:游梁式抽油机是油田目前主要采用的举升装置,游梁式抽油机井的耗电量占油田总用电量的40%。由于抽油机悬点在运动时,上下冲程中受到载荷不均匀,通常采用调平衡的方法来减小对抽油装置的影响,但普遍存在平衡效果差,能耗高的问题。针对油田游梁式抽油机调平衡过程中存在的问题,开展游梁式抽油机智能调平衡装置研究。在常规游梁式抽油机基础上,增加尾平衡梁,将原来的曲柄平衡方式改为曲柄与尾平衡梁的复合平衡方式,通过传感器监测抽油机平衡率,控制系统根据平衡率给出平衡调整信号,控制驱动机构带动尾平衡梁向平衡块移动,从而实现抽油机平衡自动调节功能。通过试验,抽油机电流平衡率为85%~100%,功率平衡率为50%以上,改造后可节约8%~10%的能耗。The beam pumping unit is the main lifting device currently used in oilfield and the electricity consumption of beam pumping unit accounts for 40%of the total electricity consumption in oilfield.Because it is unevenly loaded in the upper and lower strokes when the suspension point ofpumping unit is in motion,the balancing method is usually used to reduce the effect on the oil pumping device.However,this work generally suffers from poor balancing effect and high energy consumption.In response to the problems existing in the balancing process of beam pumping unit,the study of intelligent balancing device for beam pumping unit is carried out.On the basis of the conventional beam pumping unit,the tail balancing beam is added,and the original crank balancing[3]method is replaced by the composite balancing method of crank and tail balancing beam.Firstly,it relies on the sensor to monitor the balance rate of pumping unit,and then according to the balance rate,the control system gives the balance adjustment signal and controls the driving mechanism to move the balancing block on the tail balancing beam to achieve the automatic adjustment function of pumping unit balance.Through the tests,the current balance rate of pumping unit is between 85%and 100%and the balance rate of power is more than 50%,which can save 8%~10%of energy consumption after transformation.
