摘 要:从加热炉的工作原理、内部炉管材质及结构、再循环风机的使用等方面对纯对流式加热炉进行优缺点分析,针对热效率偏低问题,结合送风机性能以及曲线最佳工作点对应的燃料气量及配风量,从燃料气量及负荷、送风量、循环风量及烟道温度、炉体表面温度这四个方面进行了优化,提出了具体的解决措施。通过减小进风量从而降低空气过剩系数,增大循环风门开度从而降低烟道温度,减小漏风量从而降低炉体表面温度这三项措施,增加了加热炉的热效率。From working principle,material and structure of internal furnace tube,the use of recirculating fan and other aspects,the advantages and disadvantages have been analyzed for convection heating furnace.In view of low thermal efficiency,combined with the performance of air supply fan and the fuel gas volume and air distribution corresponding to the optimal working point of curve,the fuel gas volume and load,the air supply volume,the circulating air volume,and the flue temperature and the surface temperature of furnace are optimized,and specific measures are put forward.Three measures that include"reducing the intake air volume to reduce excess air coefficient","increasing the opening of the circulation exhaust gas valve to reduce the flue temperature"and"reducing the leakage air volume to reduce the surface temperature of the furnace"increase thermal efficiency.
