摘 要:X作业区A联合站B#掺水炉长期低效运行,为了提高B#掺水炉的运行效率,专门对其运行的数据进行分析和试验。从测试数据中发现第二、第三季度排烟温度超标是导致其低效运行的原因。于是对可能影响其运行效率的原因进行排查,根据排查结果最终找到一种可以提高运行效率的方案,并将此方案应用到实际生产中。预计全年平均运行效率提高1.13%,年节约耗气3.15×10^(4) Nm^(3),为X作业区节省生产成本约5.17万元。作业区现仍有十余台加热炉需要进行节能改造,所以提高剩余加热炉的运行效率,将作为下一步工作的重点。The B#water blending furnace of A combined station in X work area has been operating with low efficiency for a long time.In order to improve the operating efficiency of B#water blending furnace,the data from its operation is specially analyzed and tested analysis.By analyzing its test data,it is found that the reason for the operation with low efficiency was the excessive smoke exhaust temperature in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.Hence,an investigation was conducted on factors that may affect its operating efficiency.Based on the investigation results,the solution that can improve operating efficiency is found eventual,and it is applied in actual production.It is expected that the annual average operating efficiency will be increased by 1.13%,saving 3.15×10^(4) Nm^(3) of gas consumption,which saves approximately 51700 yuan in production costs for X work area.Due to the fact that more than 10 heating furnaces require to be transformed for energy conservation in this work area,improving the operating efficiency of the remaining heating furnaces will be focus of the next step.
