摘 要:目前喇嘛甸油田有97%的水驱油井采用双管掺水热洗流程,随着开发时间的延长,地面设施腐蚀老化程度日益严重,待更新改造的站库、管道数量日益增多,导致更新改造、生产能耗和管理费用逐年增高,而特高含水开发后期采出液流变特性的改变对实施不加热集输、工艺简化提供了有利条件。针对水驱集输存在的问题,在分析集输系统现状的基础上,结合老油田调整改造工程,以喇341转油站集输系统布局优化和工艺简化为例,采用单管集输工艺实现了二级布站,实施后年节气35.24×10^(4) m^(3),年节电11.12×10^(4) kWh。该工艺可为老区油田地面系统改造工程管网及布局优化提供借鉴作用。At present,97%of water flooding oil wells in Lamadian oilfield is adopted double-pipe water blending hot washing process.With the extension of development time,the corrosion and aging degree of surface facilities is becoming increasingly serious,and the number of stations and pipelines to be renovated is increasing day by day,resulting in the increase of renewal and reconstruction,production energy consumption and management costs year by year.The change of rheological characteristics of the produced liquid in the late stage of the development of ultra-high water bearing is provided favorable conditions for the implementation of non-heating gathering and the simplification of process.In view of the problems of aging and high maintenance cost of water flooding gathering system,based on the analysis of the current situation of water flooding gathering system,combined with the adjustment and reconstruction project of old oilfield,the single pipe gathering process,taking the layout optimization and process simplification of the gathering system of La 341 oil transfer station as an example,is adopted to realize the two-stage distribution of the station.The annual energy conservation is 35.24×10^(4) m^(3) and the annual electricity saving is 11.12×10^(4) kWh,which can provide reference for the optimization of pipe network and layout of reconstruction project of the surface system of oilfield in the old area.
