摘 要:为使国产YRCC.NKG-2800型激光粒度仪很好地应用于黄河泥沙颗粒分析,以SL42—2010《河流泥沙颗粒分析规程》为依据,对基础参数进行适用性优化,开展重复性、平行性、准确性等误差检验及成果精度分析,对国产YRCC.NKG-2800型激光粒度仪与英国的马尔文激光粒度分析仪进行比测分析,提出2种颗粒分析方法级配成果互换的思路和方法,建立“过滤”前、后的2种相关关系。试验结果表明:国产YRCC.NKG-2800型激光粒度仪各项试验指标均符合《河流泥沙分析规程》中规定的允许误差,仪器性能稳定可靠,可应用于黄河上游测区悬移质泥沙颗粒级配分析。In order to adapt domestic YRCC.NKG-2800 laser particle size analyzer to sediment particle analysis of the Yellow River,the applicability of the basic parameters is optimized based on Regulations for the Analysis of River Sediment Particles(SL 42-2010).The error tests which include repeatability,reproducibility,accuracy,etc.as well as the precision analysis of the results are carried out.A comparison analysis is conducted between the domestic YRCC.NKG-2800 laser particle size analyzer and the British Malvern laser particle size analyzer.Based on the comparison,a methodology of exchanging grading results of two particle analysis is proposed,which can establish two correlation relationships before and after filtration.The results show that the experimental indicators of domestic YRCC.NKG-2800 laser particle size analyzer can meet acceptable errors specified in the River Sediment Analysis Regulations,and the performance of the instrument is stable and reliable.Thus the instrument can be applied to the gradation analysis of suspended sediment particles in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.
