摘 要:研究粘合树脂Cyrez 963Z在全钢工程机械轮胎基部胶中的应用。结果表明:在基部胶中以1.25份粘合树脂Cyrez 963Z替代1.56份粘合树脂HEXA-80,胶料的门尼粘度减小,硫化速度加快;硫化胶的综合物理性能提高,压缩生热降低,抗切割性能和自粘性提高;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。The application of adhesive resin Cyrez 963Z in the base compound of all-steel off-theroad tire was studied.The results showed that by using 1.25 phr adhesive resin Cyrez 963Z to replace 1.56 phr adhesive resin HEXA-80 in the base compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased and vulcanization rate was accelerated,the comprehensive physical properties of the vulcanizate were improved,the compression heat build-up was reduced,the cutting resistance and tackiness were improved.In addition,the durability of the finished tire was improved.
