摘　　要：介绍385/65R22.524PR宽基全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1073.6 mm,断面宽386 mm,行驶面宽度310 mm,行驶面弧度高13.2 mm,胎圈着合直径569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度324 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.925。胎面花纹的主花纹沟为4条不同折度的纵向沟,中间两道直沟,边部为折沟,花纹周节数69,花纹饱和度78%,花纹深度17.5 mm。施工设计:带束层结构为4层带束层,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线,胎面采用小翼胶配合胎面胶设计,胎面下方加贴一层胶片;成型方式为大胶囊鼓一次法成型,硫化采用热板式硫化机。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、静负荷性能符合国家标准和相应设计要求,耐久性能符合企业标准要求。The design of 385/65R22.524PR wide base truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1073.6 mm,cross-sectional width 386 mm,width of running surface 310 mm,arc height of running surface 13.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 324 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.925,four longitudinal main grooves with different folds for the tread,two straight grooves in the middle,and folded grooves on the sides,the number of pattern pitches 69,block/total ratio 78%,and pattern depth 17.5 mm.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:in a 4-layer belt design,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord was adopted for the 1^(#)belt,3+8×0.33ST steel cord was applied in the 2^(#)and 3^(#)belt,and 5×0.30HI steel cord was selected for the 4^(#)belt.3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT steel cord was adopted in the carcass,and small-wing construction was added for the tread with an additional layer of supporting compound under the tread.The tires were built by using a large capsule drum one-stage building machine and cured by a hot plate vulcanizing press.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and static load performance of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards and corresponding design,and the durability met the requirement of enterprise standard.
