摘 要:本工作对高压电缆户外终端绝缘填充液材料进行了分析,对典型材料低温性能开展了试验验证,并对绝缘填充液-预制绝缘件界面进行了热场仿真和电场仿真计算,模拟界面缺陷,分析潜在放电风险。得出运行终端内绝缘填充液最低温度近似等于环境温度的结论,该结论可指导材料选择;并给出绝缘填充液标准化、选型验证的建议。The insulation filling materials of high-voltage cable outdoor terminal were analyzed,and the experimental verification on the low-temperature performance of typical materials were carried out,thermal field and electric field simulation calculation on the insulation filling liquid-precast insulation component interface was conducted,interface defects and explaining potential discharge risks were simulated.It was proposed that the minimum temperature of the insulation filling liquid in the operating terminal is approximately equal to the ambient temperature.This conclusion can guide material selection and give suggestions for standardization,and selection verification of insulation filling liquid.
