摘 要:针对普通的全玻璃真空太阳能集热管外置复合抛物面聚光集热板存在增大风阻且易在下雪时积雪的情况,研制了一种在外管内壁镀制反射镜面的新型高效聚光集热管,对该集热管的技术创新性进行了介绍,对其能效指标及优势进行了分析,并对其应用前景进行了阐述。性能测试结果显示:该集热管采用的太阳能选择性吸收涂层的太阳吸收比大于等于0.96(AM1.5)、半球发射比小于等于0.05(测试温度为80±5℃),达到了国际先进水平。通过对比普通全玻璃真空太阳能集热管和新型高效聚光集热管的应用效果发现:新型高效聚光集热管的热损仅为普通全玻璃真空太阳能集热管的50%;在同等条件下,新型高效聚光集热管的集热效率比普通全玻璃真空太阳能集热管的约高0.02,能够获得更高的热水温度,实现了中温段太阳能产品的开发及推广应用。In response to the problem of increasing wind resistance and easy snow accumulation in ordinary all glass vacuum solar collector tubes with external CPC,this paper develops a new high-efficiency concentrating heat pipe with reflective mirror on the inner wall of out tube.The technical innovation of this collector pipe is introduced,its energy efficiency indicators and advantages are analyzed,and its application prospects are elaborated.The performance test results show that the solar absorption ratio of the solar selective absorption coating used in the collector tube is greater than or equal to 0.96(AM1.5),hemispherical emission ratio is less than or equal to 0.05(test temperature is 80±5℃),reaching the international advanced level.By comparing the application effects of ordinary all glass vacuum solar collector tubes and new high-efficiency concentrating heat pipes,it is found that the heat loss of the new high-efficiency concentrating heat pipes is only 50%of that of ordinary all glass vacuum solar collector tubes.Under the same conditions,the new high-efficiency concentrating heat pipe has a heat collection efficiency of about 0.02 higher than the ordinary all glass vacuum solar collector tube,and can obtain higher hot water temperatures,achieving the development and promotion of solar products in the middle temperature range.
