互嵌社区下中华民族共同体生成的理与路

摘　　要：多民族互嵌式社区有固定的互嵌地缘空间,通过共有场域的共居、共学、共事、共乐,各民族产生空间认同。在社区的共有共治下,通过共同利益争取与集体利益享用,又促进了社区居民共同体的生成。在责任共生、文化共生、利益共生和命运共生的共同驱动下,形成互嵌下的情感认同与中华民族共同体的价值共鸣,最终促成了各民族交往交流与交融。在实践取向中,需注重空间互嵌,实现社区的空间错配与空间搭配。注重治理互嵌,形成“一核多元”的社区治理网络。注重文化互嵌,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,提倡文化相美、心理相依,促进社区的文化、心理、情感认同,以促进不同民族和睦相处、和衷共济、和谐发展。Multi-ethnic inter-embedded communities have fixed inter-embedded geographical spaces,and each ethnic group generates spatial identity through co-habitation,co-learning,co-working,and co-enjoyment in shared fields.Under the shared governance of the community,the community of residents is fostered through the pursuit of common interests and the enjoyment of col-lective benefits.Driven by the coexistence of responsibility,culture,interests and destiny,the mutu-al nesting of emotional identity and the resonance of the values of the Chinese National Community eventually leads to the exchange and integration of various ethnic groups.In practice,we need to pay attention to the spatial inter-embedding to realize the spatial mismatch and spatial matching of communities.We need to focus on governance inter-embedding,forming a“one core,multiple community”governance network.Focusing on cultural inter-embedding and guided by socialist core values,we advocate cultural beauty and psychological interdependence,and promote cultural,psychological and emotional identity of the community,in order to promote the harmonious coexistence,mutual assistance and development among different ethnic groups.
