补肾活血方对复发性流产PSG-1影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型复发性流产的临床疗效,并探讨人妊娠特异性β1-糖蛋白(PSG-1)可能存在的机制。方法:随机选取2021年3月至2022年10月收治的肾虚血瘀型复发性流产患者50例为治疗组,选取同期正常妊娠女性50例为观察组。治疗组用补肾活血方治疗,正常妊娠组不用药。观察治疗组治疗前后PSG-1及子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、雌二醇(E_(2))的变化,并与观察组做比较。结果:补肾活血方可以升高PSG-1、HCG、E_(2),降低RI,改善妊娠预后。结论:补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型不明原因复发性流产安全有效,可以逆转PSG-1的低表达。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushenhuoxue prescription in the treatment of recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and to explore the specificity mechanism of human pregnancyβpossible mechanism of 1-glycoprotein(PSG-1).Method:50 patients with recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted from March 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected as treatment group,and 50 normal pregnancy women during the same period were selected as observation group.The treatment group was treated with Bushenhuoxue prescription,while the normal pregnancy group was not treated with medication.The changes of PSG-1,uterine artery resistance index(RI),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and estradiol(E_(2))before and after treatment in the treatment group were observed and compared with those in the observation group.Result:Bushenhuoxue prescription increased the level of PSG-1,HCG and E_(2),reduced RI and improved the prognosis of pregnancy.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Formula is safe and effective in treating unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,which can reverse the low expression of PSG-1.
