摘  要:近年来由于外墙外保温材料选择不当造成的重大人员伤亡和经济损失屡见不鲜,随着我国装配式建筑的蓬勃发展,其外墙外保温材料的选择显得越来越重要。根据国内外装配式建筑外墙外保温材料研究现状从全生命周期经济性视角出发,使用层次分析法,构建包括3个一级指标12个二级指标的评价指标体系,对目前装配式建筑中常用的五种保温材料模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)、聚氨酯泡沬(PU)、酚醛泡沫(PF)及岩棉进行分析对比,经过分析并比选得出岩棉性能最优。论文的研究成果将为装配式建筑外墙外保温材料全生命周期经济性比选提供新的研究思路和方法。In recent years,significant casualties and economic losses caused by improper selection of external wall insulation materials have become common.With the vigorous development of prefabricat-ed buildings in China,the selection of external wall insulation materials has become increasingly impor-tant.According to the research status quo of external thermal insulation materials for prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,from the perspective of full life cycle economy,an evaluation index sys-tem consisting of three first level indicators and twelve second level indicators is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and five commonly used thermal insulation materials in prefabricated buildings,namely molded polystyrene foam(EPS),extruded polystyrene foam(XPS),polyurethane foam(PU),phenolic foam(PF)and rock wool,are analyzed and compared,through analysis and com-parison,the rock wool performance is the best.The research results of the paper will provide new re-search ideas and methods for the full life cycle economic comparison and selection of prefabricated building exterior wall insulation materials.
