养心复律方结合胺碘酮治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析养心复律方结合胺碘酮治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 70例缓慢性心律失常患者,按照随机数字表法分为西药组和中西药方组,每组35例。西药组给予胺碘酮治疗,中西药方组给予养心复律方结合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能、血清学指标,治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、心率(HR)、心脏电活动从心房到心室所需要的时间(PR间期)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,中西药方组NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、HR分别为(816.44±121.24)pg/ml、(6.41±1.24)mg/L、(65.56±2.21)次/min,低于西药组的(1316.45±221.01)pg/ml、(8.21±1.24)mg/L、(75.35±4.51)次/min, PR间期(467.12±84.41)ms长于西药组的(397.23±56.40)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西药方组治疗总有效率94.29%(33/35)高于西药组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285, P=0.022<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 养心复律方结合胺碘酮对缓慢性心律失常的治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者心功能,降低NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平,改善心律失常症状,安全性高,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Fulyu formula combined with amiodarone on bradyarrhythmia.Methods A total of 70 patients with bradyarrhythmia were divided into western medicine group and Chinese and western medicine group according to the random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with amiodarone,and the Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Yangxin Fulyu formula and amiodarone.The cardiac function and serological indexes before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),heart rate(HR),and conduction time from the beginning of the diastolic mitral A peak to the beginning of aortic systolic ejection(PR interval)(P>0.05).After treatment,NT-proBNP,hs-CRP and HR in the Chinese and western medicine group were(816.44±121.24)pg/ml,(6.41±1.24)mg/L and(65.56±2.21)beats/min,which were lower than those of(1316.45±221.01)pg/ml,(8.21±1.24)mg/L and(75.35±4.51)beats/min in western medicine group;the PR interval of(467.12±84.41)ms in Chinese and western medicine group was longer than that of(397.23±56.40)ms in western medicine group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of Chinese and western medicine group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of 74.29%(26/35)of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Fulyu Decoction combined with amiodarone has a definite therapeutic effect on bradyarrhythmias,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,reduce the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP,and improve t
