摘　　要：目的 观察外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor,rh-bFGF)联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏在肛周脓肿切除术后的应用。方法 回顾性分析2020年10月至2022年10月浙江省中医院收治的80例肛周脓肿切除术后患者,按照治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合生理盐水冲洗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用rh-bFGF。比较两组临床疗效、创面疼痛、愈合情况、肛门功能及术后并发症。结果 治疗后,观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组创面疼痛、创面分泌物、创面肉芽组织评分及大便失禁严重度评分(fecal incontinence severity score,Wexner)均降低,肛管高压带长度缩短,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肛管最大收缩压、肛管舒张压、肛管静息压均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肛瘘形成、肛门狭窄、伤口感染总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肛周脓肿切除术后给予患者rh-bFGF联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗可促进患者创口愈合,缓解患者痛苦,改善患者的肛门功能,减低术后并发症发生率,值得临床普及应用。Objective To observe the application of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)combined with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment in the treatment of perianal abscess resection.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients admitted to Zhejiang Provincal Hospital of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 after resection of perianal abscess were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the treatment method.The control group used Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment combined with saline rinsing,and the observation group used rh-bFGF on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,traumatic pain,healing,anal function and postoperative complications.Results After treatment,the total clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment,the traumatic pain,traumatic secretion,traumatic granulation tissue score and fecal incontinence severity score(Wexner)of the two groups were all reduced after treatment,and the length of the anal canal high pressure band was shortened,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum systolic blood pressure,anal canal diastolic blood pressure,and anal canal diastolic blood pressure were all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of anal fistula formation,anal stenosis and wound infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with rh-bFGF combined with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment after perianal abscess resection can promote wound h
