摘　　要：不同的窑炉维护保养方式会影响窑炉使用寿命,同时也会对生产产生不同的影响,文章重点对大碹的维修进行分类,围绕维修方式讨论普通热补、陶瓷内焊、陶瓷外焊各自优缺点,以及各自合理适用条件,同时对维修期间生产状况进行跟踪总结、提出优化措施,对窑炉大碹的维修保养起到一定的指导意义。Different maintenance methods for kilns affect the service life of kilns and have different impacts on production.This article mainly classifies the maintenance of kiln bricks and discusses the pros and cons of ordinary hot patching,inner ceramic welding,and outer ceramic welding,as well as their respective suitable application conditions.Meanwhile,it summarizes and tracks the actual production during the maintenance period and proposes optimization measures.This provides certain guidance on the maintenance of kiln bricks.
