摘　　要：基于工业化流水生产线,结合流水生产特点进行分解和布局,对T梁生产工艺、流水生产专用设备、预制场的选择及施工场地布置等难点进行研究,分析其生产过程中的能耗,最后总结了工业化生产T梁的优点与工效。其工艺流程的设计在满足生产效率和质量的基础上,尽可能采用机械设备代替人工,引入移动台车、电动模板、摆渡系统、蒸汽养护系统等智能生产设备以降低生产周期和经济成本,同时提高生产效率,保证了预制T梁品质。Based on the industrialized flow production line and combining the characteristics of flow production,this paper studies the difficulties in production process,equipment,site selection and layout of T-beam production,analyzes the energy consumption in the production process,and finally summarizes the advantages and work efficiency of industrialized T-beam production.The design of the process aims to reduce production time and economic costs by adopting mechanical equipment instead of manual work as much as possible on the basis of ensuring production efficiency and quality.Intelligent production equipment such as mobile trolleys,electric formwork,shuttle system,steam curing system are introduced.This improves production efficiency while ensuring the quality of prefabricated T-beams.
