摘  要:以水泥和砂为基体相,以椰壳纤维为增强相,制备椰壳纤维增韧水泥基复合材料,研究在5 cm和7 cm两组长度下,不同椰壳纤维添加量对椰壳纤维水泥基复合材料表观密度、吸水率、含水率、抗压强度及抗折强度等综合性能的影响。结果表明:在水泥基体中加入椰壳纤维后材料表观密度和抗压强度、抗弯强度都呈现先降低后升高的趋势,吸水率和含水率呈现先升高后降低趋势。实验显示7 cm纤维较5 cm纤维在水泥基体中的表观密度、抗压强度更低,但抗折强度在添加量较多情况下有更高的趋势。Cement and sand were used as the matrix phase,and coconut fiber was used as the reinforcement phase to prepare coconut fiber toughened cement-based composite materials.The effects of different coconut fiber additions on the comprehensive performance of coconut fiber cement-based composites including apparent density,water absorption,moisture content,compressive strength and flexural strength were studied under two groups of 5 cm and 7 cm lengths.The results show that after adding coconut fibers to the cement matrix,the apparent density and compressive strength,flexural strength of the material showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,while the water absorption and moisture content showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Experiments show that 7 cm fibers have lower apparent density and compressive strength in the cement matrix than 5 cm fibers,but higher flexural strength with more addition.
