摘　　要：尽职调查在商业领域并购中有广泛的应用,在医院托管成为医联体建设重要形式之一的今天,对被托管医院进行详尽的调查分析显得尤为重要。某医院借鉴商业领域的尽职调查方法程序,对目标托管医院规划设置、服务能力、财务、人力资源和合规与法律风险等方面进行调查分析,综合评估托管机遇和风险。Due diligence has been widely used in mergers and acquisitions in the commercial field.In today’s era,when hospital trusteeship has become an important form of constructing medical consortium,it is particularly important to conduct detailed investigations and analyses of the entrusted hospitals.This study aims to employ due diligence methods and procedures from the commercial field to investigate and analyze planning and setting,service capabilities,finance,human resources,compliance,and legal risks of the target hospital for trusteeship.Meanwhile,it also seeks to comprehensively evaluate the opportunities and risks of the trusteeship.
