摘　　要：口述档案是研究应用与储存历史记忆而开展有计划、有目的采访而构成地特殊资料,已成为新时期档案资源的重要补充材料,越来越受到社会各界关注与重视。论文以苏北人民医院为例,从还原历史、总结医疗经验、提升信息化水平和营造良好社会氛围等方面探讨医院口述档案信息资源建设的现实价值,并分析医院口述档案信息资源的现实问题,据此提出建设性对策与思考,从而促进医院口述档案信息资源的可持续性建设与利用。Oral history archives,as a planned and purposeful collection of interviews for studies,application,and storage of historical memories,have become an important supplement to archival resources in the new era and have received increasing attention from all walks of life.Taking Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital as an example,this paper explores the practical value of the construction of hospital oral history archives information resources from the aspects of restoring history,summarizing medical experience,improving informatization and creating a favorable social atmosphere.It analyzes the practical problems of hospital oral history archives information resources.Based on this,it puts forward constructive countermeasures and thoughts so as to promote the sustainable construction and utilization of hospital oral history archives information resources.
