摘　　要：清廉医院建设,是公立医院深入推进全面从严治党、抓好党风廉政建设工作的必然要求。文章立足系统观念,从监督执纪的基本理论出发,通过分析当前公立医院贯通协同监督存在的主要问题,进一步从深化贯通制度体系、责任体系、惩防治体系、教育体系、技术体系等5个方面探讨提升清廉医院建设的有效路径,并认为在贯通协同过程中,要始终以“本着一颗公心”的理念强化督助结合关系,以“主动向前做好统筹衔接”的意念推动职能部门主动履职,以“监督是为了帮助、挽救和支持推动工作”的信念保障医院公权力的合法、合规、有效运行。The construction of incorruptible hospitals is an inevitable requirement for public hospitals to implement the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party andstrengthen the construction of Party conduct and clean government.Based on the basic theory of supervision and discipline.this article systematically analyzes the main problems in the current coordinated supervision of public hospitals and explores effective ways to improve the construction of incorruptible hospitals by combining five systems:coordination system,responsibility system,punishment-prevention system,education system,and technical system.It also argues that in the process of coordination,it is a need to strengthen the relationship between supervision and assistance based on the principle of“serving for the public”,encourage the functional departments to perform their duties proactively with the mindset of“taking initiative for better coordination”,and ensure the legitimate,compliant,and effective operation of hospital public power with the conviction that“supervision is done to push work forward byhelping,saving,and supporting”.
