摘  要:目的探讨对比射频识别技术(RFID)与现有的条形码技术在医用织物的质量管理中的效益。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2020年1月—2021年1月期间使用条形码技术进行医用织物管理的500件医用织物和250个医用织物包作为对照组,将2021年2月—2022年2月期间使用RFID技术进行医用织物管理的500件医用织物和250个医用织物包作为研究组。观察对比两组管理模式下医用织物的使用次数记录准确率、清点时长及准确率、医用织物包的包装质量完好率以及追溯有效率。结果研究组医用织物的使用次数记录准确率、清点准确率分别为100.00%、100.00%,均较对照组94.80%、94.00%高,且清点时长(45.23±3.56)min较对照组(98.56±9.48)min短(P<0.05);研究组医用织物包的包装质量完好率以及追溯有效率分别为99.60%、100.00%,均较对照组84.80%、81.20%高(P<0.05)。结论将RFID技术应用于医用织物的质量管理中,相对于现有的条形码技术更能够提高医用织物的使用次数记录准确率、清点准确率,缩短医用织物的清点时长,提高医用织物包的包装质量完好率以及追溯有效率。Objective To compare the efficiency of radio frequency identification(RFID)technology and barcode technology in the quality management of medical fabrics.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 500 pieces of medical fabric and 250 bags of medical fabrics managed with barcode technology from January 2020 to January 2021 as the control group,and 500 pieces of medical fabrics and 250 bags of medical fabrics managed with RFID technology from February 2021 to February 2022 as the study group.The inventory accuracy,inventory time,recording accuracy of medical fabric usage,packaging quality integrity rate and traceability efficiency rate of medical fabric bags were compared between the two groups.Results The recording and inventory accuracy rates of usage times of medical fabric were both 100.00%in the study group,which were higher than the control group which achieved 94.80%and 94.00%,respectively.The inventory time was(45.23±3.56)min in the study group,shorter than(98.56±9.48)min in the control group(P<0.05).The packaging quality integrity rate and the traceability efficiency rate of medical fabric bags in the study group were both 99.60%and 100.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the control group’s rates of 84.80%and 81.20%(P<0.05).Conclusion RFID technology,when applied to the quality management of medical fabrics,is advantageous over barcode technology,including improved accuracy in recording and inventory of medical fabric usage,shortened inventory time,enhanced packaging quality integrity and increased traceability efficiency of medical fabric packages.
