摘　　要：踝关节是人体的承重关节,常因运动、车祸、高处坠落等原因导致不同类型的踝关节骨折及关节韧带损伤。因其解剖结构的特殊性,临床常应用Lauge-Hansen分型、AO分型(DanisWeber分型)等分类系统对踝关节骨折脱位进行分型,用于指导临床明确骨折损伤的诊断、治疗及康复治疗。临床踝关节骨折分型与国际疾病分类的分类规则不同,踝关节骨折编码与踝关节骨折分型不能一一对应,编码员应熟悉踝关节解剖结构,掌握踝关节骨折分型,了解并理清骨折分型与ICD编码之间的对应关系,以提高对踝关节骨折不同分型编码的正确率,用ICD编码精准表达临床诊断。The ankle joint is a weight-bearing joint of the human body.It is prone to different types of ankle fractures and joint ligament injuries from sports,car accidents,falls from heights,and other causes.Because of its unique anatomical structure,classification systems such as Lauge-Hansen classification and AO classification(Danis Weber classification)are commonly used to classify ankle fracture dislocations and guide the diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation of clinically evident fracture injuries.However,the clinical ankle fracture classification does not align to the classification rules of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD),making it challenging for coders to accurately assign ICD codes to different classifications of ankle fractures.and there is no one-to-one correspondence between the ankle fracture code and the ankle fracture classification.This paper emphasizes the importance of coders being familiar with ankle joint anatomy,mastering ankle fracture classification,understanding the relationship between fracture classification and ICD code,and improving coding accuracy to express clinical diagnosis precisely with ICD codes.
