摘　　要：本文以广西壮族自治区卫生管理专业技术职称考试及评审等方面的现状作为切入点,剖析目前该专业人员职称晋升困难影响因素,进一步探讨了推进卫生管理专业技术职称政策改革的必要性,并对卫生管理专业技术职称晋升的改革思路进行论述,以期为相关部门研究提供参考,解决当前因卫生管理职称体系不完善而产生的矛盾。Looking into the current situations of assessment and promotion in health management professional titles in Guangxi,this paper analyzes the factors that affected the assessment and promotion in the professional titles,discusses the necessity of reforming the policy for the professional titles assessment and promotion,and expounds the suggestions on the reforms,with a view to providing a reference for engaged departments to study relevant reform policy and solve the problems arising from the immature assessment and promotion system of health management professional titles.
