摘　　要：目的了解口腔专科公立医院信息化人才队伍建设现状,为口腔专科公立医院科学制定信息化人才发展规划、合理配置信息化人力资源提出意见和建议。方法采用问卷调查方式,了解63家口腔专科公立医院在2019—2020年度的信息化人才队伍建设现状,运用统计描述法进行分析。结果口腔专科公立医院存在信息化人才不足、复合型人才缺乏、信息人员缺乏创新等问题。结论口腔专科公立医院应合理规划信息化人员岗位及数量,健全人才培养机制,优化信息化人才结构,重视信息化人才科研创新,积极参与信息化人员配备标准制定。Objective To investigate the current status of information talent team construction in public dental hospitals so as to provide suggestions for the scientific development of information talent planning and rational allocation of information human resources for public dental hospitals.Methods Questionnaire-based survey was used to investigate the status of information talent team construction in 63 public dental hospitals in 2019-2020,and statistical description was used for analysis.Results The problems existing in the public dental hospitals mainly included shortage of information talents,lack of multi-disciplinary talents,and lack of innovation in information talents.Conclusion Regarding information talent team construction,public dental hospitals should reasonably plan the positions and number of information talents,and improve the training mechanism.Meanwhile,they should also optimize the talent structure,attach importance to the scientific research and innovation,and actively participate in the formulation of information talent standards.
