摘　　要：分析国家自然科学基金项目的资助情况对科研管理工作的进一步提升具有重要意义。本文对广东某大型重点综合医院2011—2022年科学基金项目的申请资助情况进行描述性分析,包括申请项目类别、所属学科、负责人年龄、职称、性别等。研究结果显示,“十二五”以来,该医院共申请国自然项目2791项,获批项目522项。申报数和资助数的年均增速保持稳定,资助总额逐渐增长,且以青年项目和面上项目为资助主体。该医院在消化系统、肿瘤学、神经系统等领域的资助表现乐观,显示出学科优势。通过SWOT分析方法,我们对医院的科研资助与管理工作进行了态势分析,提出科研项目精细化管理、跨学科交叉融合建设以及人才培育的具体建议。这些系统性的梳理和建议对同类型综合医院的学科发展和人才培养有重要参考价值。Analyzing the funding configuration of projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China is crucial for improving research management.This study performs a descriptive analysis of the funding applications and approvals of scientific projects in a tertiary hospital in Guangdong from 2011 to 2022.The analysis includes information on the types of applied projects,disciplinary affiliations,age,professional titles and gender of project leaders.The results showed that since the implementation of the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,a total of 2791 project applications were submitted by the hospital,of which 522 were approved and funded.The annual average growth rate of applications and approvals remained steady,with a gradual increase in total funding amount.The Young Scientists Fund and the General Program were the major types of programs receiving funding.The hospital demonstrated satisfactory funding performance in the fields of digestive system diseases,oncology,and nervous system,highlighting its key disciplinary strengths.Additionally,a SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the funding and management status of research work in the hospital,and providing suggestions for refined project management,interdisciplinary integration,and talent development.These systematic analyses and recommendations provide valuable insights for other similar comprehensive hospitals seeking to enhance the development of disciplinary and talent cultivation.
