摘  要:子宫内膜癌(EC)是女性盆腔恶性肿瘤之一。妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断对于制订最佳治疗方案及改善患者预后至关重要,故影像学检查在EC早期诊断及术前分期具有重要意义。现代医学影像成像技术,如超声、CT、MRI已成为诊断子宫内膜癌的主要工具。特别是MRI,在诊断子宫内膜癌方面具有高度敏感性,是子宫内膜癌术前分期的首选成像技术。CT及PET/CT多用于评估淋巴结受累及发现远处转移性病灶。此外,超声新技术迅速发展,实时剪切波弹性成像及实时三维超声多平面成像等技术广泛应用于临床。现本文将对子宫内膜癌的影像学诊断方法和治疗手段进行综述,为辅助临床子宫内膜癌的诊断治疗提供参考和新思路。Endometrial cancer(EC)is one of the malignant tumors of the female pelvis.Early diagnosis of gynecologic malignancies is crucial for formulating the best treatment plan and improving patient prognosis,so imaging is of great importance in the early diagnosis and preoperative staging of EC.Modern medical imaging techniques,such as ultrasonography,CT,and MRI,have been used as the main tools to diagnose endometrial cancer.Especially,MRI has high sensitivity in diagnosing endometrial cancer and is the imaging technique of choice for preoperative staging of endometrial cancer,while CT and PET/CT are mostly used to evaluate lymph node involvement and detect distant metastatic lesions.In addition,new ultrasound technologies are rapidly developing,and real-time shear wave elastography and real-time 3D ultrasound multiplanar imaging are widely used in clinical practice.In this paper,we will review the diagnostic imaging methods and treatment of endometrial cancer to provide references and new ideas to assist clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
