摘　　要：现阶段,老旧小区的改造工作已成为我国住房改善的重点工程,但其在改造过程中常受限于建筑结构、资金、施工半径等多方面客观条件的约束,使得改造预案无法完全实现。通过具体应用实践对城镇老旧小区改造施工方案、围护结构更新及项目智能化设施的配备提出相应的改造策略,使用“多网融合”后光纤入户等技术手段进行多角度系统分析。以居民现代化的生活要求为着力点,对推进城镇环境更新与建设方式转型,建筑环境的高质量发展具有重要意义。At the present stage,the renovation of the old residential area has become the key project of housing improvement,but its renovation process is often restricted by the construction structure,capital,construction radius and other objective conditions,so that the renovation plan can’t be fully realized.Based on the practical application,the paper puts forward the corresponding renovation strategies for the construction scheme,the renovation of the envelope structure and the equipment of the intelligent facilities of the old urban communities,and uses the technical means of"multi-network integration"and optical fiber into the household to carry out a multi-perspective system analysis.It is of great significance to promote the renewal of urban environment,the transformation of construction mode and the high-quality development of building environment to focus on residents'modern living requirements.
